Suspect Reportedly Staked Out His Victim At Brooklyn Spanish Market: Police

Anne Arundel County Police are searching for a suspect who robbed a Spanish market in Brooklyn earlier this week.

Investigation revealed that a suspect entered the Spanish Market at 5005 Ritchie Highway Sunday, Feb. 26 around 8 p.m., and struck the victim in the face after being asked if he needed help finding anything in the store, police said.

The suspect continued to assault his victim by pushing him before leaving the store, they continued. Later that evening when the victim left the store, the same man appeared in the parking lot and demanded all of the victim's money and cell phone. 

The victim complied and the suspect took off in an unknown vehicle. 

Police described the suspect as being a Black man in his early 40s with short-cropped hair and a thin mustache. He stood slightly over 6-feet-tall and had a thin build.
